Owen Yue is a land use and transport professional for 20 years with Hong Kong and Australia working experience in private and public sectors. He was a director of a local Consultant Company (Yue Cheng & Associates) between 1990 –1993 and held a senior transport position in Parramatta City Council, Australia between 1993 – 1998. He has involved in various logistics management training since 1982 for Hong Kong Polytechnic, Hong Kong Management Association and the PKKI and Space, HKU. He got his first Master Degree in Transportation Planning and Management in 1981 from University of Westminster. He obtained his second Master in Town and Country Planning from Sydney University in 1985 and the third Master of Management from Macquarie University in 1997. He was the Chairman of the Programme Sub-Committee in 1999-2000 and is Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Logistics Association. He is now the Principal Advisor of the Logistics Concepts Development Centre and member of the Academic Committee of the Diploma in Transport Management, SPACE, HKU.
