Mr Edwin Hull has more than 30 years experience in traffic and transportation engineering in Canada, US, UK and China (incl. Hong Kong). His experience includes consulting and senior positions in the public sector. His technical expertise ranges from traffic signal operations and co-ordination to urban transportation planning and modelling and from the transportation impacts of development to resolving neighbourhood traffic management issues. He has been involved in numerous transport projects, Third Comprehensive Transport Study, Hong Kong, China; Hong Kong Electronic Road Pricing Feasibility Study (on-going), China; Glenrosa Interchange Design Construct, Canada and Shanghai Comprehensive Transport Model Enhancement Study, to name just a few.

He also has considerable teaching experience and is an accomplished speaker. He performs well “under fire.”
