Abstract:
This seminar is designed to provide MATPP students with a key understanding of bills of lading in the transport field. It will explore the current practices, the legal framework governing bills of lading, and the evolving landscape of bills of lading in the digital age. Students will gain insights into the challenges and opportunities arising from the adoption of technology and digital platforms in Bills of lading transactions.
